There is power in being present.
Too often we worry about things that haven’t happened yet or ruminate about things from the past. But if we are mindful of the present moment, there is no past or future to stress about.
Now is all we are guaranteed.
February 8th, 15th, and 22nd Jennifer will be discussing what it means to be in the present moment. And discovering tools and techniques that help us stay present and focused.
Sunday, January 31st, hear Jennifer speak at The Center on grief and the laments of our hearts. With her raw and authentic style, Jennifer will have an honest discussion about what grief is, the effects it has on us and will give tangible examples of how the Bible models our response and ability to overcome.
In the midst of all this grief and sorrow, there is hope.
