Tribalance Yoga Studio and lead teacher, Joy Antipow, welcomes Jennifer as she teaches trauma-informed yoga. Their yoga school students will discover what trauma is, the effects it has on the mind and body, and how trauma plays a role in our daily lives. Jennifer discusses how yoga and meditation aid in processing our trauma and how a trauma-informed class can help facilitate the healing process. And will lead the class in a trauma informed practice.
