Join Jennifer for an online workshop on trauma-sensitive yoga. We will discover what trauma is, the effects it has on your mind and body, and how trauma plays a role in our daily lives. We will look at how yoga and meditation can aid in processing our trauma and how a trauma-sensitive class can help facilitate the healing process.
This workshop is for everyone. Those dealing with trauma in their lives, people who love those suffering from trauma, and professionals witnessing how trauma is affecting people.

The time will include breath work, asana, meditation, and journaling.
You will need a mat, journal, and something to write with.
