Rhuomai Studio proudly presents Yin Yoga Night. Jennifer will be our first Pop-Up instructor February 24th at 6:30 pm.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with yoga poses (asana) that are held for several minutes to slow the mind down and to work into the facia of the body.
Come to unwind, slow down and relax!
