Rhuomai Studio welcomes, Jennifer Swets, as guest teacher for their 200-hr YTT. Jennifer will be teaching on the Yin section of the yoga YTT session. YTT participants will delve into the profound practice of Yin yoga with an expert in the field. The session will focus on the slow-paced, meditative style of yin yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. As the guest speaker shares insights on the philosophy and benefits of Yin yoga, trainees will learn about the importance of holding postures for extended periods to enhance flexibility and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Through a combination of theory and practice, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the principles behind Yin yoga and how it complements other dynamic forms of yoga.
